In my opinion, the dell laptop is a piece of crap. As far as the service agreement and the express service particularly is concerned, it is worthless.
Some guy in India will tell you if you don’t have the tools to take the laptop apart, he will not arrange a service visit. When you are travelling these tools would never get through airport security.
I had a specific problem yesterday. When spending a huge amount of time on the phone with india, they closed the ticket as they claimed the problem was solved. To solve the problem I had to take my laptop apart completely. This morning the same problem occurred. When I called in, I was asked to do the same thing. The reason why I have international service is because I dont know about computers and I dont have time to do the service job myself!!!
